OUR STAFF
NVQ Level 3 qualified our equivalent
Our Nursery is committed to developing all their staff in order to give parents and their children a quality childcare service at all times. All our staff is NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent.
We have a thorough recruitment policy whereby all staff is checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). We also seek two references for all new staff members including the most recent employer.
New staff members follow a structured induction into their new roles at Little Rainbows Academy.
